Industry Competencies

The Industry Competencies Working Group’s purpose is simple.

Made up of  food industry senior specialists in learning and development as well as food safety and quality, this group is led by Joan Vanden Hazel,

“To design and develop the common food protection competencies required to enable the design of a comprehensive curriculum framework.”
